Custom Punching System
Our punching systems are specially designed and integrated into sheet metal processing lines to meet your production requirements, target output rates and budget. Depending on the application, solutions can include mechanical presses, hydraulic or electric punching units, and rotary punching modules.
Hydraulic Punching System
Hydraulic punching units can be integrated into a standalone module with a dedicated feed system, or installed directly at the entry or exit of the roll forming machine. In this configuration, the roll forming machine operates in START/STOP mode and acts as the material feed system.
Mechanical Punching System
Mechanical presses with electronic feed systems, ranging from 25-tonne C-frame presses to 250-tonne straight-side presses with twin connecting rods, can be integrated into production lines.
Rotary Punching System
Standalone punching machines with dedicated feed systems can be integrated into production lines operating at speeds of up to 150 m/min, while maintaining precise control of hole positioning.
Simple rotary punching units can also be installed directly within the roll forming machine for repetitive punching operations.
