When a company is starting out or a new product needs to be manufactured, several solutions are available for industrialising production. Initial prototypes can sometimes be produced by press brake bending, but this method is time-consuming and therefore costly. Roll forming is undoubtedly the most efficient solution for series production, but achieving a return on investment on a complete roll forming line requires sufficiently high production volumes.

When production quantities are too low to justify investing in a dedicated line, subcontract roll forming provides an effective alternative. JIDET has two key strengths for the subcontract manufacture of your custom roll-formed profiles:

Extensive expertise and significant in-house capabilities for the design and manufacture of roll forming and cut-off tooling.
A 1,500 m² workshop equipped with 10 roll forming lines of various sizes, incorporating decoiling, punching, roll forming and cutting operations for the manufacture of prototype, small and medium production runs.
