Roll Forming Tooling – Manufacturing
Our expertise lies in the design, manufacture and fine-tuning of roll forming tooling, using hardened steel rolls engineered for an exceptionally long service life. All roll forming tooling is tested and validated in our workshops on dedicated test roll forming machines.
Our machine shop is specifically equipped for roll machining, with 10 CNC lathes, including two fitted with digital profile projectors, five grinding machines, two hardening and tempering furnaces. This enables us to manufacture replacement or subcontracted rolls for your equipment, even when the original drawings are not available.
Roll Forming Tooling – Fine-Tuning
Our TOOLING workshop is equipped with 10 test roll forming machines of various sizes, enabling our assembly and tooling specialists to fine-tune and validate each set of roll forming tooling under production conditions.
Our dedicated MACHINERY workshop is used for the assembly of complete roll forming lines and new roll forming machines. Each system is fully assembled, wired, programmed and tested to achieve optimum performance before customer acceptance. Once approved with the customer, the equipment is installed and commissioned on site by our specialist teams.
