Cardan Shaft-Driven Roll Forming Machines
A traditional design allowing each shaft to be driven individually with different speed ratios. The wide adjustment range of the upper shaft enables complex profiles to be formed from sheet metal. The cardan shaft drive system is highly flexible, allowing high torque and high operating speeds of over 150 m/min. The cardan shafts are manually disconnected when changing cassettes.
Dog Clutch Roll Forming Machine
Dog clutch roll forming machines allow cassettes to be changed (and therefore the profile format) and the lower shafts to be automatically connected to the drive system directly from the operator control panel. Only selected upper shafts are gear-driven, helping to reduce the cost of the cassettes.
Gear-Driven Roll Forming Machines
Cost-effective solution for machines equipped with a single cassette set. Gear- or chain-driven roll forming machines are particularly well suited to the production of specific metal profiles. Very fast changeovers are achieved through instant dog-clutch engagement of the cassette plate with the drive system. Compact footprint.
Variable-Width Roll Forming Machines
Duplex roll forming machines consist of two independent cantilevered roll-forming units, with the width adjustable in just a few seconds, either manually or via CNC control. They are ideally suited to the production of panels and shelves in different widths, as well as multi-format profiles with variable widths, heights and thicknesses, by combining several duplex roll forming machines, each independently adjustable.
