MANUFACTURE:
OF YOUR PRODUCTION LINE AND TOOLING
To ensure consistent quality and reliable lead times, we carry out all machine and tooling manufacturing operations in-house.
Our machining facilities include:
- 10 CNC lathes and 3 conventional lathes
- 7 CNC machining centres with capacities of up to 4.5 m
- 6 surface and cylindrical grinding machines
- 2 heat treatment furnaces
- 1 wire EDM machine

MOUNTING & SETTING
Our TOOLING workshop is equipped with 10 test roll forming machines of various sizes, enabling our assembly and tooling specialists to fine-tune and validate each set of roll forming tooling under production conditions.
Our dedicated MACHINERY workshop is used for the assembly of complete roll forming lines and new roll forming machines. Each system is fully assembled, wired, programmed and tested to achieve optimum performance before customer acceptance. Once approved with the customer, the equipment is installed and commissioned on site by our specialist teams.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING / AUTOMATION
We define the electrical components and schematics according to your specific requirements, before wiring the electrical cabinets, operator control panels and machines during assembly. Once connected to the power and control cabinets, the equipment is programmed and commissioned by our automation engineers to perform the required functions.
Advanced closed-loop control systems are implemented to achieve optimum machine performance. Your CSV files can also be read and interpreted directly by the machine, converting production data into machine movements and executing production orders from your ERP system.
INSTALLING YOUR PROFILING LINE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE
We provide the delivery, installation and commissioning of your roll forming line at your production facility. We also provide full training and knowledge transfer to your operators.
We carry out all troubleshooting and maintenance operations on roll forming lines, machines and tooling. We supply wear parts and can also manufacture new roll sets and tooling to support changes and developments in your production requirements.
