Manual Strip Joining Station
This strip joining station enables the trailing end of the current metal coil to be welded to the leading end of the next coil. This welding machine eliminates the need to re-thread the strip through the downstream equipment on the production line.
The station reduces changeover time, helping to improve the line’s Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), while reducing material waste, the risk of operator error and set-up time.
Capacity: up to 200 × 2 mm, 300 × 1.5 mm or 400 × 1.0 mm.
