Cutting can be performed while the line is stopped in Start & Stop mode, or continuously using a flying cut-off system, at speeds of up to 160 m\/min or 90 parts\/min.<\/p>\n

The stationary cut-off system is designed for lower production volumes and provides a more cost-effective solution. Once the required profile length is reached, the roll forming machine stops and the cutting operation is triggered. As soon as the cut is complete, the machine restarts immediately.<\/p>\n

This START\/STOP process can achieve production rates of up to 30 parts\/min for 500 mm lengths, or line speeds of up to 40 m\/min for 6 m lengths, for example.<\/p>\n
